Role Description This is a full-time, in office Client Services Representative role based in the Pune Division.

The Client Services

Representative will handle daily client communication via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and service requests. The role involves managing client accounts, tracking service delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, professional English communication.



The representative will coordinate with internal teams to support project execution, clarify requirements, and follow up on deliverables.

Additional responsibilities include documenting interactions, preparing basic service reports, and identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness and relationship building.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Candidates should possess abilities related to Customer Satisfaction, including issue resolution and proactive follow-up.

Candidates should possess basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to client accounts and service billing.

Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests efficiently.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in global or service-oriented businesses.

Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
