1. Client Relationship & Account Strategy

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key agency clients, maintaining high levels of satisfaction, retention, and trust.

Deeply understand client industries, target audiences, brand voices, and business KPIs to provide proactive strategic inputs.

Lead monthly performance reviews, brand alignment meetings, and strategic roadmapping sessions.

2. Briefing & Project Execution

Analyze client requirements and transform ambiguous requests into clear, structured, and inspiring creative briefs for design, video, copy, and web teams.

Oversee project workflows, ensuring campaign deliverables, brand guidelines, and quality standards are consistently met.





Manage timelines, feedback iterations, and sign-offs across multi-channel campaigns (social media, website builds, video production, performance assets).

3. Financial & Resource Management

Prepare pitch decks, campaign proposals, scopes of work (SOWs), and cost estimations.

Monitor account profitability, budget utilization, and timely invoice clearances in coordination with internal operations.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios to drive agency revenue growth.

4. Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance

Work closely with Creative Directors, Brand Strategists, Copywriters, and Production leads to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Conduct strict quality control on all deliverables before client presentation to maintain visual and brand standards.

Facilitate constructive feedback loops between clients and internal creative units.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
