Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Relationship Manager role based in Dombivli. The role involves engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment and insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client meetings, answering queries, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

The Client Relationship

Manager will maintain accurate client records, coordinate with internal teams for transaction processing, and support client onboarding and documentation. The role also includes identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services,



handling basic service issues and contributing to the growth of the client base and AUM.

Qualifications

Communication skills are a must! Candidates should possess solid client service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond promptly to client needs.

Ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.

Candidates should possess basic financial and investment understanding, with interest in mutual funds, equities, insurance, and other retail financial products.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to handle multiple client requests.

Candidates should possess comfort with using computers and common office tools, such as spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and CRM or client-tracking systems.

Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or insurance is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred, along with willingness to pursue relevant certifications or regulatory registrations as required.
