Experience: Up to 3 Years Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship management.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure timely project execution and maintain high client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Prepare proposals, reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and project documentation. Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management,
or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in a branding, marketing, advertising, or creative agency will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and client-handling skills.
