Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role located in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their property and investment requirements, and providing suitable real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, property consultations, and site visits; coordinating with developer partners; and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

The individual will follow up on leads, support clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process,



and ensure timely resolution of client queries. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve client experience and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.

Proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing real estate or investment deals.

Ability to conduct property market research, analyze investment options, and present clear recommendations.

Solid organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills to manage multiple clients and transactions.

Comfort working on-site, conducting property visits, and engaging with clients in person.

Previous experience in real estate brokerage, investment advisory, or a related client-facing role is preferred.

Working knowledge of local Noida/NCR real estate market and major developers is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Strong professional ethics, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
