Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Client Partner with experience in US IT Staffing to manage client relationships, coordinate recruitment delivery, and drive successful closures across C2C, W2, and Full-Time requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client and implementation partner relationships.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
- Source, screen, and submit quality candidates across technologies like SAP, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, manage offers, and ensure successful onboarding.




- Work closely with recruiters to prioritize requirements and improve delivery.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports on submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and recruitment processes.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of US IT Staffing experience.
- Strong expertise in C2C hiring and implementation partner management.
- Valuable understanding of US staffing, visa types, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter , and ATS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
