Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Connect with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Convert leads into active clients and close staffing agreements.
- Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements - 2–3 years of Business Development experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth. Immediate joiners are preferred.
