Based in Lucknow, Smart Clicks focuses on delivering high-quality visual content that helps clients enhance their brand presence.

Role Description The Client Outreach Intern will support daily client communication and relationship-building activities to help expand Smart Clicks’ customer base. This internship role includes identifying potential clients, initiating contact through calls, messages, and emails, and maintaining follow-ups to understand client needs and share service offerings. The intern will assist in scheduling meetings, preparing basic proposals, and documenting client interactions for internal reporting.

This is an internship position with a hybrid work model, primarily based in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility, and may involve occasional visits to client sites or shoots to support the team. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.

Basic knowledge of digital content services (photoshoots, cinematography, ads)



and interest in media or marketing.

Good organizational and time management skills to handle outreach, follow-ups, and documentation.

Comfort with using phone, email, and messaging platforms for client communication, and basic proficiency in office productivity tools.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lucknow, collaborate with the team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
