The Role

We're hiring a Client Operations Associate to own the client journey from first enquiry to audit kickoff - and to remain the coordination backbone through to certificate issuance. You'll be the connective link between prospective clients, our partner channels and our audit teams.

This is not an audit role and requires no audit background. It's for someone who loves running a tight process, writes crisp emails, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

Act as first responder on inbound enquiries (web forms, partner referrals) - triage, qualify and respond within hours, not days

Collect scoping information and application forms from prospects; prepare inputs for proposals and quotations

Run a structured follow-up cadence on open proposals and keep the pipeline and CRM current





Coordinate agreement execution and client onboarding; get kickoff calls scheduled within days of signing

Prepare a clean handoff pack for the audit team on every new engagement - scope, entities, contacts, dates, commitments

Track engagements through delivery: coordinate audit dates, follow up on evidence requests and findings closure

Coordinate certificate issuance steps, invoice follow-ups with accounts, and the surveillance/renewal calendar

Front-row exposure to the global cybersecurity compliance industry, working with clients across the globe

Direct work with the leadership team and real ownership from day one

What You'll Need

1-3 years in client-facing coordination, customer success, inside sales or project coordination

Excellent written English - a large part of this job happens over email

Strong process discipline and ownership: you close loops without being reminded

Comfort with CRMs, trackers and spreadsheets

Flexibility for calls with clients across US, EU and Middle East time zones

Nice to Have

Exposure to IT audits, certification and assurance or the compliance industry

Experience in a B2B skilled services or consulting environment
