Role & responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients through outbound calls and lead generation.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Conduct timely follow-ups and close sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

- Stay updated on company products and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

- 05 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, or BPO Sales.

- Must have good english communication skills

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales goals.





- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
