We're hiring a fresher/junior civil engineer to work closely with our senior site engineer, supporting day-to-day site coordination, documentation, and schedule tracking for an ongoing plotted residential project. This is a hands-on learning role suited for someone who wants real exposure to live construction and infrastructure execution internal roads, sewer/water/electrical utilities, and plot development — under direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the senior site engineer in daily site supervision, measurements, and quality checks

- Maintain and organize site documentation — DPRs, material inward/outward registers, test reports, drawings, and RA bill support papers

- Track work progress against the project schedule and flag delays or discrepancies





- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour supervisors on daily work fronts

- Support material reconciliation and stock verification at site

- Assist in preparing basic site reports, photo documentation, and progress updates for management

- Help maintain drawing registers and ensure the latest approved drawings are in use at site

- Learn and support compliance-related site documentation (safety checklists, statutory registers, etc.)

- Run basic site coordination tasks — liaising between office and site, following up on approvals/deliveries
