Civil Engineer

Job Location: Mohali

Salary: 6-12 lpa

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Design

– Preparation of drawings and structural designs

– Conduct structural analysis and prepare BOQs

– Cost estimation and budgeting

– Preparation of technical documentation

– Working knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD, etc.

2. Site Supervision & Execution

– Monitor day-to-day construction activities

– Ensure quality control and material standards

– Supervise contractors and site teams

– Ensure compliance with safety guidelines

– Track project progress as per timelines

3. Project Coordination & Compliance

– Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients

– Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

– Maintain documentation and approvals

– Manage project deadlines and deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

– Robust knowledge of construction management

– Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural software

– Excellent problem-solving skills

– Leadership and team coordination ability

– Strong communication and reporting skills
