We connect families living abroad with verified, trained local companions who visit their elderly parents ; for conversation, festival and birthday celebrations, outings, and help with video calls, with a written update sent to the family the same day.

This is a companionship service, not nursing or medical care. We are a for-profit company, not an NGO.

We're hiring our first person on the ground. You'll build the local team, onboard elders and families, and run day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the founder.

What you'll do

Recruit, vet and train local companions through colleges, homemaker groups and community networks

Meet elders and families, take consent, and match each elder to the right companion

Build and run the weekly visit schedule; check quality on every visit report before it goes to the family

Coordinate birthday and festival celebrations

Handle escalations and maintain accurate records on Google Sheets

Send a daily update to the founder and attend a weekly video review

What you need

Graduate, any discipline (MSW / Social Work / BBA / hospitality preferred)

2-5+ years in a field-based, community-facing or target-carrying role — NGO, microfinance, insurance, hospital or hotel front office, education administration

Must be fluent English,



Kannada and Tulu. Malayalam, Beary and any other language is preferrable.

Preferrable if own two-wheeler with valid licence; currently living in Dakshina Kannada or Udupi

Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Forms and WhatsApp Business

Willing to complete police verification.
