We are seeking an experienced Chinese / Mandarin Language Expert to join our Back Office Operations team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational coordination, staffing workflows, and back-office support within the international home healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess high fluency in Mandarin and English, with a solid understanding of operational standards and a strong commitment to quality service delivery.

Note: This role requires working strictly in Night Shifts at our office located in Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi. Transport/cab and food facilities are not provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage back-office operations, administrative workflows, and client coordination in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Coordinate staffing needs and operational requirements within the home healthcare industry.
- Review, translate, and process bilingual documentation, records, and communications with high precision.




- Ensure compliance with home care operational regulations, quality guidelines, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional departments to resolve operational queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, track operational metrics, and ensure data integrity across internal management systems.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Advanced Diploma or Degree in Chinese/Mandarin Language preferred, e.g., HSK certification).
- Experience: 3 to 10 years in Back Office Operations, KPO, BPO, or Language Support roles.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English.
- Shift Flexibility: Open to working in fixed Night Shifts.
- Key Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
