We are looking for a leader with technological vision, leadership with teams and stakeholders, and demonstrated capability in building complex engineering solutions. As the key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology direction and delivering scalable, high-impact products. What You’ll Do

Technology Strategy & Innovation

Define and execute the technology vision and long-term roadmap

Drive innovation across AI, digital platforms, and emerging technologies

Identify and integrate new technologies to maintain competitive advantage Product Development & Engineering

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

Partner with product teams to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions Leadership & Execution

Build and lead high-performing engineering and R&D; teams

Establish a strong culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence





Align technology delivery with business strategy and growth goals Partnerships & Ecosystem

Develop relationships with technology partners and service providers

Drive collaboration, co-creation, and innovation across the ecosystem Experience & Qualifications

20+ years in technology leadership roles

Proven experience scaling technology platforms and engineering teams

Robust background in

Industrial automation (strongly preferred)

Digital platforms / SaaS / IoT

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/PhD is a plus) Skills & Competencies

Expertise in AI/ML, cloud computing, and modern architectures

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Hands-on ability to architect systems and drive execution
