Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as a trusted advisor, and drive alignment across leadership, product, operations, and sales teams.
- Work with the investor relations team to support with board materials, investor memos, and key communication collaterals
- Assist in building business plans for new market entries and product expansions
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communication for public and internal forums
- Assist with hiring top talent across roles and locations to support business growth
- Support in achieving projected P&Ls; for current initiatives and market entries
- Coordinate investor, government, and partner engagements across the region
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead special projects to solve them Good to have:
- 5–8 years of experience in a fast-paced,



high-performance environment (consulting, VC-backed startup, or similar)
- Willingness to travel frequently across the world (China, India and the US)
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with operators, manufacturing, creatives, engineers, and executives.
- Comfortable building decks, briefing notes, and strategic materials for the CEO with short turnarounds
- Analytical and financially savvy to model projected P&Ls; and business plans for new initiatives
- Adaptable and comfortable with non-traditional working hours per business demands
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and fiercely execution-driven
- Intellectually curious, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure
