Role & responsibilities

Position Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership to drive sustainable business growth, operational excellence, profitability, innovation, and stakeholder value while strengthening the organization's position in the mining, mineral processing, and heavy engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization's long-term strategic vision and business plans.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and overall business performance.
- Lead the Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the organization and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
- Oversee manufacturing operations, project execution, supply chain, procurement, and operational excellence.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships while expanding domestic and international business opportunities.
- Foster innovation, digital transformation, product development, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure excellence in quality, safety, environmental compliance, and corporate governance.
- Lead organizational transformation by developing a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric culture.
- Drive talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Establish solid relationships with customers, Board members, financial institutions, government authorities, industry bodies,



and strategic partners.
- Identify and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Promote operational efficiencies through Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process excellence.
- Monitor organizational performance through defined business, financial, operational, and people metrics.
- Represent the organization in key business forums, strategic negotiations, and industry engagements.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- 20+ years of leadership experience with at least 10 years in a senior executive role within manufacturing, mining, heavy engineering, mineral processing, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, operational excellence, strategic transformation, and organizational leadership.
