Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Contract Logistics

Role Summary:

Lead the Contract Logistics business by driving strategic growth, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The CEO is responsible for business expansion, P&L; management, transformation, and building a high-performance organization while ensuring world-class service delivery and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the business strategy for the Contract Logistics division.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L; performance.
- Lead warehouse, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Develop strategic customer relationships and expand key accounts.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, safety, and governance standards.




- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of excellence.
- Report business performance and strategic initiatives to the Board and stakeholders.

Preferred Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL, with significant leadership experience in Contract Logistics.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, driving business growth, and managing large multi-location operations.
- Robust commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred
