Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Hospitality Development & Projects

? Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role A leading Pune-based real estate group is looking for an experienced CEO – Hospitality Development & Projects to lead the end-to-end development of multiple hospitality assets across Maharashtra.

This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned skilled with expertise in hospitality development, real estate, construction, project finance, statutory approvals, and stakeholder management. The selected candidate will take complete ownership of hotel projects—from concept and planning through construction, commissioning, and opening. Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete lifecycle of hospitality development projects from concept to hotel opening.

Develop project strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, hotel operators, contractors, and project management teams.

Oversee design development, budgeting, procurement, construction, and pre-opening activities.

Drive statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and government liaison.

Manage project finance, CAPEX planning, budgeting, cash flow, and lender coordination.

Lead vendor selection, commercial negotiations, contract management, and procurement.

Monitor project timelines, quality, costs, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Present regular project updates, MIS reports, dashboards, and board presentations.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 8 years in hospitality or mixed-use real estate development.

Proven track record of delivering greenfield hotel projects from concept to completion.





Experience with branded hotel developments is highly preferred.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

MBA in Finance, Projects, Operations, Real Estate, or Infrastructure preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates from hospitality developers, hotel development companies, hospitality-focused real estate firms, project management consultancies, or integrated hospitality development organizations are encouraged to apply.

Experience working with international or leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, Radisson, Taj, Oberoi, ITC Hotels, Wyndham, or similar will be an added advantage. Key Skills
