Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Real Estate

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a fast-growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability.
- Lead Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, CRM, and HR functions.
- Identify new business opportunities, land acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure timely project execution with regulatory compliance.
- Strengthen governance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Build a high-performance leadership culture and deliver sustainable business growth.

Eligibility:

- 15–20+ years of leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior management.




- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably in residential and mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of Odisha's real estate market, statutory approvals, and business ecosystem.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving sales, and leading large teams.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred.
