Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Real Estate

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a quick-growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability.

Lead Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, CRM, and HR functions.

Identify new business opportunities, land acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Ensure timely project execution with regulatory compliance.

Strengthen governance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Build a high-performance leadership culture and deliver sustainable business growth.

Eligibility

15–20+ years of leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior management.





Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably in residential and mixed-use developments.

Strong understanding of Odisha's real estate market, statutory approvals, and business ecosystem.

Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving sales, and leading large teams.

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred.
