About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to join our founding team as Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer. In this role, you will lead the company's go-to-market strategy, drive customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and establish the commercial foundation for long-term growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone passionate about building and scaling a high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's end-to-end go-to-market strategy, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with Family Offices, HNI/UHNI clients, wealth management firms, private banks, and strategic partners.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline, close high-value deals, and establish long-term client relationships.
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth and market expansion.




- Define commercial strategy, including pricing, revenue models, and business development initiatives.
- Build, hire, mentor, and lead the sales and business development team as the company scales.
- Work closely with the founding team to shape business strategy, identify recent market opportunities, and support expansion into international markets.
- Own commercial performance and contribute to the company's long-term growth and profitability.

What We Are Looking For

- 8–15 years of experience in Wealth Management, WealthTech, FinTech, Private Banking, or HNI Financial Services.
- Proven success in business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership.
- Strong network within Family Offices, HNI/UHNI clients, wealth advisory firms, or private banks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses or commercial functions from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment and leveraging AI tools to drive productivity.
