Chemistry Specialist (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training About The Role What if your years of chemistry expertise could directly shape how AI reasons through some of the most complex scientific problems in the world? We're looking for Chemistry Specialists — Masters and PhD-level scientists — to design, solve, and evaluate advanced chemistry problems that train the next generation of AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working scientists, researchers, and academics who want to apply their deep domain knowledge to a meaningful new frontier.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, and computational chemistry
Develop complex, real-world problem statements that challenge and improve AI model reasoning
Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for scientific accuracy, depth, and rigor
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of scientific clarity and correctness
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Strong written communication skills — you can explain complex concepts with precision and clarity
Naturally detail-oriented with a rigorous, methodical approach to scientific problems
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Fluent in English Nice to Have Experience coding in Python or using computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, VASP, or similar)
Prior work in data annotation, scientific evaluation, or quality assurance
Background in academic research, industry R&D;, or scientific publishing
