About the Role

We are looking for a creative Visualiser with robust conceptual thinking and design skills to create compelling visual communication across digital, social, print, and integrated campaigns

Key Responsibilities

- Develop visual concepts and creative executions based on client briefs

- Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Client Servicing teams during ideation and campaign development

- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, presentations, and print collateral

- Create mood boards, mockups, and visual references for campaign pitches and executions

- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables

- Stay updated with design trends and emerging creative formats

Key Requirements
- BFA, MFA, Applied Arts, Commercial Arts, or a related design degree

- Strong ideation and visual storytelling skills

- Sound understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory,



and layout

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Figma

Preferred Qualities
- Passion for advertising and branding

- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics

- Collaborative and proactive approach to work
