We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Butler to provide exceptional, personalized service and comprehensive household management for a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, impeccable discretion, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the principals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury service standards, household operations, and the ability to manage various aspects of a sophisticated private home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to the principals and their guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance, coordinating with other household staff and external vendors as needed.
- Manage the principals wardrobes, including packing/unpacking, garment care, liaison with dry cleaners, and inventory management.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including menu planning, table setting, and guest service.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation,



and preparing itineraries.
- Manage household inventories, including provisions, fine wines, spirits, and household supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Perform formal table service, including silver service, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of etiquette and protocol.
- Act as a primary point of contact for principals, managing communications, scheduling, and personal errands.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all aspects of the principals personal and professional lives.
- Supervise and train junior household staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and household procedures.
- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to the principals.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and the residence is maintained to the highest standards of safety and presentation.
