Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Fabric / Azure Data Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform technologies

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern data architecture, cloud-native data engineering, governance frameworks, and enterprise analytics solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies

Architect Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Contemporary Data Platform solutions

Build scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and metadata-driven data ingestion pipelines

Lead data architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams

Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

Optimize Azure environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and global clients to deliver high-quality data solutions

Drive best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation

Required Skills Expertise

12+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Azure Data Platform

Solid expertise in:

- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Databricks (PySpark)
- Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
- Azure Synapse Analytics

Strong hands-on experience in:





- Python (PySpark Mandatory)
- SQL Development Optimization

Deep understanding of:

- Lakehouse Architecture
- Data Warehouse Architecture
- Kimball Methodology
- Inmon Methodology
- Data Vault Modeling

Experience building:

- Enterprise ETL/ELT Frameworks
- Metadata-Driven Pipelines
- Reusable Data Ingestion Patterns

Strong knowledge of:

- Data Governance
- Data Quality Frameworks
- Data Security Compliance
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Data Masking
- Row-Level Security
- Column-Level Security

Experience with:

- Azure Cost Optimization
- Performance Tuning
- Capacity Planning

Exposure to:

- CI/CD Pipelines
- Azure DevOps
- ARM Templates
- Bicep
- Terraform

Good understanding of:

- Power BI Semantic Models
- DAX (Preferred)

Mandatory experience working with US/UK-based clients

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience

Excellent communication and solution-design skills

Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor technical teams

Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud data transformation programs
