Position Title: Bakery Service Executive

Department: New Product Development (Bakery NPD)

Position Summary

- Providing Technical and Application support for yeast and bakery ingredients.
- Plan Baking trials with right product, arrange sample data sheet, product data sheet before visit.
- Support with recipe, process, and packing idea based on the product.
- Keep track on current arrival in market and competitors activities.
- Support the product development team with feedback and testing new formulations in the market.
- Able to do application testing for bakery products like bread, bun, cake and others.
- Manage projects based on delivery.
- Work as team member and able to train/learn from other team members.




- Able to make PPT, reports and details needed based.

New product development, shelf-life study and training

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E. / B. Tech. Food Technology.
- Sound knowledge in Bakery Ingredients / Manufacturing in the food industries.
- Candidate should have 04-05 years of experience in the relevant field. Relevant experience in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as an ERP environment, is a must.
