Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Certified Finance Consultant with 8–10 years of overall IT and Finance transformation experience, including robust expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess Workday Finance certification, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in Workday Financials implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday Finance solutions.

Configure Workday Financial Management modules, including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)





Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Management

Banking & Settlement

Expenses

Procurement

Design and configure business processes, security, reports, and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient finance solutions.

Support data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including integration and technical consultants.

Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and implementation standards.
