Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
- Drive daily diagnostic revenue by:
- Converting pharmacy customers through prescription checks
- Engaging customer database through calls
- Conducting hotspot activities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to improve patient services
- Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
- Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven with strong operational understanding
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
