Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening – is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr. Kutty’s Healthcare that combines advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on regular health screening to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage, supporting better outcomes and lowering health risks for otherwise asymptomatic individuals.

Role Description The Center Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Blair, responsible for the overall operations and performance of the screening center. This role includes overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining high standards of service quality and safety.

The Center

Incharge coordinates staff schedules, monitors resource utilization, and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The role involves managing patient experience from registration to report delivery, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of empathy and professionalism.

Incharge also collaborates with management on outreach initiatives, performance reporting,



and continuous improvement efforts to increase center efficiency and community impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in healthcare operations or clinic management, including supervision of multidisciplinary teams and coordination of daily workflows.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience in scheduling, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Proficiency in patient service and stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Basic familiarity with digital health tools or healthcare IT systems; comfort working with technology-enabled processes and data reporting.

Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff, support training initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, hospital management, nursing, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.

Prior experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or preventive health programs is preferred.

Willingness to work on-site in Port Blair, with flexibility to handle rotational shifts or extended hours when operationally necessary.
