Run leadership cadence — weekly/monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), offsites
Own special strategic projects with unclear ownership (e.g., a new curriculum partnership, an institutional tie-up, entry into a recent segment/geography)
Build and own MIS/reporting rhythms — growth dashboards, OKR trackers, unit economics tracking (CAC/LTV, retention, cohort performance) Ideal Candidate Profile

3–4 years total; ideally a mix of high-pressure environments — consulting, banking, or an early/founding team at a startup
At least one instance of having built something from scratch — a strategic project, a product, or a business
Skills — Traditional
Sharp structured thinking and strategic judgment; comfortable operating at both 30,000 ft (vision, strategy) and ground level (execution detail)
Strong written/verbal communication — this role produces a lot of high-stakes documents (memos, decks, board updates)
Strong stakeholder management; can hold their own with CXOs, investors, and external partners
Daily, hands-on user of LLM tools for research, writing, and analysis — not occasional use
Can share specific before/after examples of using AI to meaningfully compress a task timeline
Working comfort with no-code automation platforms and AI coding assistants
Genuinely curious about new AI tools/models — tries them unprompted rather than waiting to be told
