Media Vantage is a fast-growing Media & Entertainment company specializing in celebrity management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and talent representation. We are looking for a commercially driven Talent Manager to represent celebrities, artists, influencers, and content creators while driving their business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and represent celebrities, artists, influencers, and creators.

Secure brand endorsements, advertising campaigns, OTT projects, films, web series, events, and strategic partnerships.

Build relationships with brands, advertising agencies, casting directors, production houses, studios, OTT platforms, and media partners.

Negotiate commercial deals, contracts, talent fees, and partnership agreements.

Collaborate with internal Brand Partnerships and Talent teams to ensure successful execution.





Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets for assigned talent.

Ideal Candidate

3–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Celebrity Management, Brand Partnerships, Artist Management, or Entertainment Business Development.

Strong network across brands, agencies, casting directors, production houses, and entertainment companies.

Proven ability to generate revenue through commercial partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
