We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives across Green Trends. The role focuses on performance marketing, digital campaign execution, website and social media optimisation, marketing technology implementation, lead tracking and cross-functional coordination to drive business growth.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

- Execute and manage Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns for awareness, lead generation, Click-to-WhatsApp and remarketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, audiences, keywords, placements and creatives.

• Analyse campaign metrics including CPL, lead quality, conversions, walk-ins and ROAS, and recommend improvements.

Website & Digital Channel Management

- Support website revamps, campaign landing pages, lead forms, WhatsApp integration and basic SEO implementation.
- Coordinate YouTube channel optimisation, including content uploads, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and paid promotions.

• Support LinkedIn and Facebook page management through content publishing, campaign boosting and audience engagement.

Marketing Technology & Lead Management

- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and UTM parameters.
- Support CRM, IVR, chatbot, virtual numbers, call tracking and outlet-wise lead routing.

• Coordinate digital offer launches, campaign assets, communication and rollout timelines across platforms.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Agencies,



Developers and Operations teams for campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, insights and optimisation recommendations.

• Ensure timely execution of digital initiatives and maintain campaign trackers and documentation.

DESIRED CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and YouTube advertising.
- Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM structures and website coordination.
- Understanding of CRM, IVR, chatbot, call tracking and Click-to-WhatsApp systems.

- Google Ads, Meta or Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling multi-location retail or service business campaigns is preferred.
