Role Description The Category Growth Leader will be responsible for driving growth and performance of key categories within RWA’s education and exam-preparation offerings. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves analyzing category performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to expand reach and improve learner outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing category roadmaps, coordinating with content, marketing, sales, and product teams, and optimizing pricing, promotions, and assortments. The role also includes overseeing procurement and vendor relationships where relevant,



negotiating contracts to support category goals, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

The Category Growth

Leader will use data-driven insights to recommend improvements, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with RWA’s mission of accessible, high-quality education.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Category Management skills, including portfolio planning, growth strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, derive insights, and make evidence-based decisions for category performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present category plans and reports clearly.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to manage partners, vendors, and external resources supporting category growth.
- Relevant experience in edtech, exam preparation, or consumer-facing digital products is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work with KPIs, financial metrics, and dashboards to manage growth and profitability is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in office in Noida in a fast-paced environment.
