Job Summary: Mind Sprint is seeking an experienced Value Analytics candidate to drive data-driven cost optimization, spend analysis, and category management strategies. The ideal candidate will bridge procurement insights with business value creation, using strong analytical and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.

- Lead value analytics initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities across categories
- Partner with category managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to generate actionable insights
- Build compelling business cases, dashboards, and executive presentations (PPT)
- Support category management lifecycle: demand planning, sourcing, contracting, supplier management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and business units
- Track and report savings, KPIs, and value realization to leadership




- Standardize reporting templates and improve analytics processes using advanced MS Office tools Profile Description:
- 10–12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or value/spend analytics
- Strong hands-on experience in category management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience building financial models, savings trackers, and business cases Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in shared services / GCC / consulting workplace
- Exposure to procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Certification in category management or procurement (CIPS, etc.) is a plus
