Cashier — Lumo N Nox (Gourmet Library LLP) | Radisson Blu Kochi

Gourmet Library LLP operates Lumo N Nox, the restobar at Radisson Blu Kochi. We're hiring a full-time Cashier to join our night operations team.

Shift timing: 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Employment type: Full-time

Location: Radisson Blu Kochi, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam

About the role

As our Cashier, you'll be the person who keeps the billing accurate and the checkout smooth through a busy evening service. You'll handle guest bills, process payments, and make sure every transaction is recorded correctly and the till reconciles at close.

What you'll do

Generate and settle guest bills accurately on the POS system

Handle cash, card and UPI payments, and issue correct change and receipts

Reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, and hand over collections with accurate documentation

Apply discounts, offers and voids only with proper authorisation





Coordinate with service and floor staff to keep billing quick during peak hours

Maintain accurate daily sales records and report any discrepancies promptly

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant, bar, hotel or retail setting

Comfort with POS billing systems (Micros experience is a plus)

Accuracy with numbers and a careful, honest approach to handling cash

Ability to stay calm and quick during a busy service

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and holidays

Basic proficiency in English and Malayalam
