Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely opening and maintenance of accounts.

- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products to existing customers.

- Develop strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor account activity, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to senior management.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related field.

- Robust understanding of saving account products and services offered by the bank.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
