Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum across the school.

- candidates with strong Cambridge curriculum leadership experience.

- Ensure compliance with Cambridge International standards, policies, and assessment requirements.

- Plan, review, and monitor curriculum delivery to maintain academic excellence.

- Develop yearly academic plans, curriculum maps, and assessment schedules.

- Mentor, coach, and support Cambridge teachers to enhance teaching quality.

- Conduct classroom observations and provide regular feedback to teachers.

- Organize career development programs and Cambridge training sessions.

- Monitor student academic performance and implement intervention strategies where required.

- Coordinate formative and summative assessments, moderation, and reporting.

- Oversee Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE,



and AS & A Level examination processes (where applicable).

- Liaise with Cambridge International for registrations, examinations, inspections, and official communication.

- Maintain all academic records and documentation related to the Cambridge programme.

- Ensure effective implementation of inquiry-based, learner-centered teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant subject or Education.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

- Cambridge International career development certification (preferred).

Experience

- 8–12 years of teaching experience.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Cambridge leadership or coordination role.
