We are hiring 30 enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will call Airtel prepaid customers to help them with their mobile recharges. Both men and women aged between 20 to 30 years can apply. Please note, we are seeking candidates who are not Bengali and can speak Hindi fluently.

Key Responsibilities

Call Airtel prepaid customers to assist with mobile recharges.

Explain different recharge plans to customers.

Answer any questions customers have about recharges.

Keep records of calls and ensure customers are satisfied.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly salary between ₹9,000 to ₹10,000.

Benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).

Work Details

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Gariahat, Kolkata.

Completed Higher Secondary (HS) or hold a Graduate degree.

Must speak Hindi fluently.
