- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain a positive and friendly conversation with customers.

- Follow up with customers as required.

- Record customer details and update call-related information in the system.

- Escalate customer issues to the concerned team when required.

- Maintain customer confidentiality and company standards

- Female candidates preferred

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
