Role Description The Calibration Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will perform routine and scheduled calibration of mechanical, thermal, mass, volume, dimensional, and electro-technical instruments in accordance with relevant standards and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing calibration activities, conducting tests, documenting results, preparing calibration certificates, and maintaining traceability records.

The Calibration

Engineer will troubleshoot measurement issues,



support validation projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure instruments and equipment are maintained in proper working condition. This role also involves adhering to safety procedures, quality management systems, and regulatory guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement of lab processes.

Qualifications

Strong skills in calibration and testing of instruments, with the ability to interpret standards and procedures.

Knowledge of powertrain-related systems and components, including performance and reliability testing, is an advantage.

Background in electrical engineering for handling electro-technical equipment and measurements.

Background in mechanical engineering for mechanical, dimensional, and thermal calibration activities.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) or a closely related field.

Experience in calibration labs, pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing environments, or similar regulated industries is preferred.

Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/IEC standards).

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with clients.
