- Assist in accounting and financial reporting assignments, including preparation and review of financial statements, accounting records, reconciliations, and advisory on accounting matters.
- Support statutory and regulatory compliances, including Income Tax, TDS, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable corporate and financial regulations.




- Assist in Transfer Pricing assignments, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, FAR analysis, economic analysis, and compliance under Indian transfer pricing regulations.
- Support direct and indirect tax advisory engagements, including research tax issues, preparation of technical opinions, tax structuring, and transaction advisory.
- Assist in building the digital presence of Firm, by preparing the knowledge material for in house and online circulations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Both groups of CA intermediate qualified
- Both mandatory training (IT and OC) should be completed
- Need to stay abreast with recent changes in the compliances, laws and regulations.
- Is a team player, but also able to work alone and be a self-starter with a versatile and proactive approach coupled with an ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Has good communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills and is able to display initiative and lateral thinking coupled with the ability to solve simple problems and displays an analytical thinking ability.
