Role Description The Butler – VIP Services role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves providing personalized, high-touch service, and ensuring all special requests and preferences are anticipated and fulfilled. The Butler will oversee room readiness and amenities, and coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, and front office teams to deliver seamless, discreet, and efficient service.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining service standards, managing guest communication, handling confidential information with care,



and resolving any issues promptly to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Butler will support VIP events or meetings as needed and contribute to continuous improvement of service procedures.

Qualifications

Strong guest service and customer care skills, with the ability to provide personalized and discreet VIP support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and comfort interacting with diverse guests.

Skilled grooming, etiquette, and a courteous demeanor appropriate for high-profile and executive guests.

Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in room preparation, amenities, and guest requests.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage.

Experience in luxury hospitality, hotel butler service, front office, or guest relations is highly desirable.

Capability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on guest and operational requirements.

Basic knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality standards in hospitality environments.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in high-end hotels may be considered.
