Our Product Portfolio

Precision air and liquid cooling solutions designed for the thermal demands of dense AI compute—including fan walls, precision air handling units, and coolant distribution systems that maintain optimal temperatures from rack to chip.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the complete Product Business P&L;

- Develop business strategy and annual sales plans
- Drive domestic and international business growth
- Build relationships with hyperscalers, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and strategic customers
- Develop channel partners and OEM alliances
- Lead pricing, product positioning, and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering, Estimation, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
- Build and mentor high-performing commercial teams
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets

Qualifications

? B.Tech (MBA Preferred)
