Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Transformation Leader role based in Mumbai. The role involves defining and driving transformation roadmaps across functions to support strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation in line with Bliss GVS Pharma’s global objectives.

The Business Transformation

Leader will analyze existing processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to prioritize change programs, managing project timelines and resources, and monitoring transformation KPIs to ensure sustainable impact. The role also requires facilitating stakeholder alignment, supporting change management and communication efforts, and ensuring that transformation initiatives comply with relevant regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in business process analysis, operational excellence, and performance improvement.

Candidates should possess skills in project management, program governance, and stakeholder management.

Candidates should possess skills in strategic planning, organizational change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, business modeling, and decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative insights.

Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage senior leadership and diverse teams.

Relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is beneficial.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.

Experience leading transformation or large-scale change initiatives, ideally in a global or multi-site environment, is an advantage.
