As a Business Steering Consultant, you become the vital connector between data and strategy, shaping a holistic view of company performance across products and channels. Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze monthly performance metrics across channels and geographies.
- Lead monthly target setting and business forecasting at multiple levels.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and market size analyses to inform strategy.
- Drive annual operating plans through both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
- Collaborate closely with sales, renewal, underwriting, and channel teams to resolve business queries.
- Deliver impactful insights and presentations for management to aid strategic decisions.
Required Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years post qualification of CA.
- Education:
Graduate; CA preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and business analysis.
