Role Description The Business Referral Partner – Security & Facility Services role is a part-time, remote position focused on identifying and referring potential clients in need of security and facility management solutions. Day-to-day activities include networking with businesses and property owners, understanding their security and facility service requirements, and connecting them with VISCO India’s relevant service teams. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing contacts, tracking referral outcomes,



and sharing market feedback to support service improvements.

Partners may collaborate with internal stakeholders to align referrals with company standards and ensure a smooth handover to the operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong business development and networking skills to identify potential clients and build long-term professional relationships.

Candidates should possess knowledge of security services, facility management practices, and basic real estate or property operations.

Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to present services clearly and handle inquiries.

Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills to manage referrals, document outcomes, and share market insights with the internal team.

Experience in security, facility services, property management, or corporate services is beneficial.

Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and meet agreed performance targets.

Comfort with using digital tools (email, CRM, online communication platforms) for coordination and reporting.

A diploma or degree in business, real estate, facility management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
