Key Responsibilities

- Drive large-scale events such as employee engagement initiatives including Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, Leadership Connects, and Conferences.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic organizational programs.
- Plan and execute employee experience, learning, and culture initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Finance, IT, and Workplace teams to ensure seamless program execution.

Preferred Background

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Compensation - Up to 27 LPA (Based on experience and fit)
