About the Role This is not a conventional analyst role. As a Business Operations & Product Analyst (CEO's Office), you'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and gain hands-on exposure to business operations, product management, customer success, data analytics, and strategic initiatives. Every day will bring new challenges, giving you the opportunity to understand how a technology startup is built from the ground up.

What You'll Do Manage CRM, business data, MIS reports, and vendor databases.

Coordinate supplier onboarding and customer success activities.





Work closely with the technology team to translate business requirements into product features.

Conduct UAT, track feature releases, and document product improvements.

Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and market research.

Collaborate across operations, product, technology, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives. We're Looking For Someone Who Loves solving problems and learning new things.

Has strong analytical and communication skills.

Is organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership.

Is comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
