Job Summary

BIMLABS Global is looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations, marketing coordination, event management, partner communication, and administrative activities while ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily business operations and inter-departmental activities.
- Maintain operational reports, trackers, and business documentation.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and social media coordination.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Manage communication with academic institutions, clients, and industry partners.
- Plan and execute workshops, seminars, webinars, and corporate events.
- Schedule management meetings, prepare MoMs, and track action items.
- Support procurement,



inventory management, and office administration.
- Assist with employee onboarding, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 - 1 of experience in Operations, Administration, or Business Coordination.
- Solid communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and digital marketing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
